Main Tasks
Guided by the service philosophy of 'rooted in Shanghai, extending to the Yangtze River Delta, serving the whole country', the Center provides a series of modern talent training industry evaluation and certification services, including training industry evaluation, training project evaluation, talent assessment, and certificate verification. It also introduces relevant international standards and, with reference to selected professional standards of the Ministry of Human Resources and Social Security and the Ministry of Education, formulates industry standards for talent training in China.
