In accordance with the requirements of its supervising business authority and administrative authority, the Shanghai Talent Evaluation & Identification Center, based on its assessment and certification functions and focusing on improving assessment quality, has strengthened internal management and enhanced management capability to provide high-quality services to social organizations and individual talents. In 2023, the work of the Shanghai Municipal Modern Talent Evaluation and Identification Service Center (abbreviated as the Unit) is summarized as follows: I. Compliance with Laws, Regulations, and Policies. The Unit earnestly implements laws, regulations, and policies, actively studies the Guiding Opinions of the Shanghai Municipal Human Resources and Social Security Bureau on Strengthening Management of the Compilation and Publication System for Urgently Needed and Scarce Talent Catalogs (Hu Ren She Li [2023] No. 438), uses them to guide work, and identifies and remedies omissions.
