2024/03Shanghai Talent Evaluation & Identification Center 2023 Annual Work Summary
In 2023, the Shanghai Talent Evaluation & Identification Center (hereinafter referred to as the Center) summarized its work as follows: I. Compliance with laws, regulations, and policies. The Center has conscientiously implemented laws, regulations, and policies, actively studied the Guiding Opinions of the Shanghai Municipal Human Resources and Social Security Bureau on Strengthening the Management of the Compilation and Publication System for Urgently Needed and Scarce Talent Catalogs in Shanghai (Hu Rensheli [2023] No. 438), and used them to guide work and address gaps.

In accordance with the requirements of its supervising business authority and administrative authority, the Shanghai Talent Evaluation & Identification Center, based on its assessment and certification functions and focusing on improving assessment quality, has strengthened internal management and enhanced management capability to provide high-quality services to social organizations and individual talents. The following work plan is formulated. I. Main work plan for business operations: strengthen and complete the revision and improvement of internal management systems, optimize workflows, and improve efficiency.
