Shanghai Talent Evaluation & Identification Center (hereinafter referred to as the Center) has recently received feedback from trainees that some consulting companies, education companies, training institutions, and other entities have used the name of the Center without notifying the Center and obtaining its formal authorization, and have illegally used it through various media for their own commercial promotion.
In accordance with relevant national laws, policies of government departments, and the spirit of the Interim Measures for Certificate Verification and Management of Dishonest Conduct, Hu Ren Jian (2021) No. 002, this Center only accepts commissions from education and training institutions to provide business consulting, evaluation, and identification services for in-service trainees. It has never authorized any institution or individual to use any information of this Center for commercial advertising or business promotion in any form.
The Center reserves the right to pursue legal liability against entities and individuals that use its name for any publicity without authorization. The Center solemnly reminds all entities and individuals not to be misled. All consequences arising therefrom are unrelated to the Center.
