Process for Creating a Talent Assessment Document

1. Determine assessment purpose and standards: clarify assessment objectives, such as recruitment, promotion, and performance evaluation, and set standards and indicators for objective talent assessment.

2. Collect information: gather relevant information about the person being assessed, such as work performance, educational background, skills, and abilities. Information may be collected through interviews, questionnaires, observation, and other methods.

3. Conduct assessment: assess the person being assessed according to assessment standards. Quantitative methods such as scoring and ranking may be used, as well as qualitative methods such as descriptive assessment.

4. Prepare assessment report: prepare a report based on assessment results, including strengths, areas for improvement, and development plans. The report should be clear, concise, and objective.

5. Feedback and discussion: provide the assessment report to the person being assessed and discuss it with them. This helps them understand their strengths and weaknesses and promotes their self-development.
