Shanghai Talent Evaluation & Identification Center Annual Work Plan for 2024

In accordance with the requirements of its competent business authority and administrative authority, the Shanghai Talent Evaluation & Identification Center, based on its assessment and certification functions and focusing on improving assessment and certification quality, strengthens internal management, enhances management capability, and provides high-quality services to social organizations and individual talents. The following work plan is hereby formulated.

I. Main Business Work Plan:

Strengthen and complete the revision and improvement of internal management systems, optimize workflows, and improve efficiency.

(1) Improve Service Quality:

Strengthen staff training, improve professional competence, and provide higher-quality services to clients.

(2) Expand Business Areas

Building on established appraisal business areas, actively expand evaluation business areas and broaden new service functions.

(3) Strengthen Community Cooperation

Establish good cooperative relationships with surrounding communities and jointly promote our unit's provision of

high-quality appraisal and evaluation services for communities.

(4) Organize Staff to Participate in Professional Training Courses to Improve Community Service and Enterprise Service Quality

(5) Carry Out Public Welfare Activities

Actively participate in public welfare undertakings and enhance the unit's social image.

II. Strengthen Party Building Work

Under the leadership of higher-level Party organizations, further strengthen Party building work.

III. Strengthen and Improve Internal Organizational and Institutional Development

In accordance with requirements for managing social organizations, hold two meetings of the board of directors and the board of supervisors to report on the unit's work and accept supervision.

IV. Strictly Implement the Accounting System for Non-Government Non-Profit Organizations

Financial staff shall receive regular training and proactively study new financial and tax measures issued by competent government authorities, applying them correctly and promptly to routine financial management.
